Alcala Online
Clients to agree to display Alcala Online link, as a design credit, on each page of their web site.  In return, clients will benefit from inclusion in our web site with a Business Link to their web site.

Search Engine Submission
Initial registration to the top four search engines offering free listings, such as Google, Yahoo, MSN and Open Directory.  The top four search engines will be determined by Alcala Online.  At no time does Alcala Online promise or imply that we guarantee any web site a certain rating in the search engines.

It is recommended that manual submissions to search engines be undertaken on a monthly basis.

Payment Terms
For Web Design a minimum deposit of 25% of the design cost is required to commence work. Balance of fees to be paid on completion prior to site launch.

For Business Link, payment must be made before date due; monthly fees can be paid quarterly in advance, if preferred. 

Payment
Fees payable in cash or by PayPal.   Payment can be made free of charge through PayPal by email if you have an account with them or by credit card if you do not have an account with them.  See http://www.paypal.com for further details and registration if required.

Domain Name
Where Alcala Online act as agents for clients for the registration of domain names, the domain name will be registered in the client's name and the contract for the domain name is between the client and the relevant naming authority.  The client is subject bound by the naming authority's terms and conditions.  The client is responsible for renewals of the domain name with the relevant naming authority.

Alcala Online cannot guarantee the availability of any domain name and clients should not assume registration has been effected until informed by Alcala Online.

Alcala Online give no warranty that the domain name requested will not infringe the rights of any third party and the client indemnifies Alcala Online in respect of any such infringements.

Web Hosting
Where Alcala Online act as agents for clients for the procurement of web hosting, the hosting facility contract will be between the client and the provider. The client is subject bound by the hosting provider's terms and conditions.  The client is responsible for renewals of the hosting facility with the relevant provider.

Indemnification
The client indemnifies Alcala Online in respect of any claims made against Alcala Online arising from the development of, and the content of, the client's web site.

Alcala Online assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or other documents on the client's web site.  In no event shall Alcala Online be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever including without limitation, those resulting from:

• reliance on the materials presented
• costs of replacement goods
• loss of use, data, turnover, sales revenue or profits
• delays or business interruptions
• and any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the web site whether or not Alcala Online have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
