Martos

In spite of its many attractions, Martos remains relatively unknown on the tourist circuit. Martos will surprise the visitor with its peculiar landscape, sitting at the foot of the great rock, La Peña.   Martos has many treasures. On the one hand, there are the well-preserved monuments and important works of art that reveal the glorious past of this town. The intimate white-washed streets climb from the town centre to the beautiful neighbourhoods of Baluarte and above the Plaza de la Constitución, offering superb views of the surrounding countryside.
