With over 20 years experience in the English Butchery trade.  Traditional sausages and dry cured bacon are my specialty.  Many different flavours are on offer including traditional pork.  If you can’t see what you fancy give me a call and I will do my utmost to make the blend you require.   All my sausages are made from locally produced organic meat with natural ingredients. Made to the highest standards with a minimum of 80% meat including  natural casings.
